Working with Blue Beacon and Cambridge Analytics, The Berndt Group developed an in-depth depiction, analysis, and recommendations for customer analytics practice at SSA. The project included a technical audit of SSA's data sources by The Berndt Group, stakeholder interviews to understand current use of customer analytics at SSA, best practices research, and the development of a detailed, actionable plan for getting more value out of customer analytics in the agency.
In the course of the project, detailed simulations and reports were generated using existing data. The project also addressed future CRM technology acquisition processes and the work process changes necessary to enhance analytics practice at SSA.
